1. Use of this website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not misuse our forms, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or its security. Website materials are provided for general information and inquiry purposes.

2. Aircraft information and written quotes

Website listings, prices, specifications, illustrations and availability are not binding offers to sell. Prices, specifications, equipment, delivery arrangements and applicable terms are confirmed only in a written quote. A purchase requires a separate written agreement. Submitting an inquiry or demonstration request does not place an order, reserve an aircraft or confirm an appointment.

Product photographs, animations and visualizations may differ from the delivered configuration. Performance depends on operating conditions. Confirm the final configuration and applicable operating requirements with our team before purchasing or operating an aircraft.

We send replies to inquiries, callback confirmations, quote and demo follow-ups, and support updates. This program does not send marketing messages.

4. How we collect SMS consent

You may opt in by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and submitting your inquiry. You may submit the form without opting in.

You may also consent verbally during a phone call when you agree to receive a text from our assistant. Giving us your telephone number or calling us does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. Consent applies to customer-care messages about your inquiry, not marketing.
