1. Who we are

SKYRONYX INC is a Florida corporation and the operator of this website.

This is our mailing address. It is not a public showroom or a confirmed demonstration location.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, purpose of contact and message. You may also provide a telephone number. Depending on your request, we collect the aircraft model, delivery country and state or region, preferred demonstration dates, organization and technical partnership interests.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested URLs, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the website. Inquiry records also include a request identifier and submission and notification timestamps.

Please do not enter payment card numbers, bank credentials, government identification numbers, medical information or confidential technical documents in our forms.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries about aircraft, demonstrations, training, support and partnerships.
• Keep records of requests and related correspondence so we can follow up.
• Operate the website, diagnose problems, prevent spam and detect abuse.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or confirm a demonstration appointment.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, inquiry storage and security, including Turnstile bot protection. Resend delivers inquiry notifications to our team. Our corporate mailbox uses Google services. These providers process information needed to perform their services.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable protections. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and automated security checks

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish human visitors from automated requests. Cloudflare may process browser and network signals and use security cookies or similar technologies to detect abuse and remember security checks. Blocking essential scripts or security technologies may prevent forms or parts of the website from working.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or advertising cookies on this website. This policy will be updated when our practices change.

6. Storage, retention and security

Inquiry data is stored in our Cloudflare database and in email correspondence. Retention depends on whether your request remains active, an ongoing customer or business relationship, applicable recordkeeping requirements and the need to resolve disputes or security issues. You may request deletion using the contact details below; some records may need to be retained for these reasons. Backup copies may remain until the provider’s normal backup cycle expires.

We use HTTPS, server-side form validation, bot checks and restricted access to service credentials. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; privacy protections may differ from those in your country.

7. Your privacy choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form and contact us by email instead. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, email info@skyronyx.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please describe your request and, if available, include your inquiry reference. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically arrange an appropriate verification method.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including a copy of your information, restriction of or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, an appeal of our response, or a complaint to your privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests as required by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed.

8. Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

9. Payments, external links and changes

Online payment collection is not currently enabled on this website. Please do not submit payment details through an inquiry form. If we introduce online payments, we will explain the provider and relevant data handling before collecting payment information.

External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required by law.

10. Text messages (SMS)

SKYRONYX INC operates SKYRONYX Customer Care for replies to inquiries, callback confirmations, quote and demo follow-ups, and support updates. We do not send marketing messages through this program. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We collect consent through an unchecked checkbox on our contact form or verbally during a phone call when you agree to receive a text from our assistant. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. For website inquiries, we store your consent choice and, if you opt in, a server-generated consent timestamp and the consent wording version with your inquiry.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, processes telephone numbers only to deliver messages on our behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@skyronyx.com. See our Terms & SMS Program for program details.

11. Phone calls

Calls to SKYRONYX at +1 786-699-8736 may be answered by our AI assistant, Emma. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to respond to inquiries, take callback requests and provide customer support. We seek consent to recording and transcription during the call where required by applicable law; this policy is not a substitute for that consent.

Providers that process call data on our behalf include Twilio, LiveKit, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Anthropic and Supabase. Depending on their role, they process audio, transcripts or related call information to connect calls, recognize speech, generate responses, synthesize speech and store call records.

Recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 90 days unless needed for an active request. To request deletion, email info@skyronyx.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please include the approximate call date and telephone number so we can locate the records. Do not send sensitive identity documents by email.
